Scuttlebutt Scuba charters- VHB 54 wreck

VHB 54 stands for Victorian Hopper Barge number 54 and she was scuttled in the Torquay ships graveyard 17/12/ 1970.
Sitting upright on sand in 42m. The vessel can be lapped in 15 minutes at a casual pace.
Interesting to note the rate & amount of deterioration occuring in the last 6 years comparing the shots between Dave (2009) to Agnes (2006) and Martin (2003)
