Bookings & Cost

Inside the J5 sub

BOOKINGS:

Forward bookings are encouraged and run about 1-2 weeks in advance. Booking early ensures you a spot on the wreck or reef of your choice at a time most suitable.

DIVER'S QUALIFICATIONS:

Divers will be limited to their card or ticket's constraints for depth, unless under instruction as part of a course. We accept divers using rebreathers as long as they can produce a log of their dives and proof of rebreather training.
Prior to a diving trip, qualifications are to be produced and a waiver form signed.

BOOKINGS & COSTS POLICY:

1. When a booking is confirmed you acknowledge that Full fees apply forthwith for that particular dive site.
2. The person booking multiple spots are responsible for the Full cost & should recover any monies owed from the third party.
CANCELLATION:
By you - 24 hours notice is required. After this payments are non-refundable, unless a replacement diver is found.

Local Reef Dives cost $55 per trip or $100 for a double dive.

Graveyard Dives start at $60 per trip (Torquay area) and rise according to the distance travelled. eg. Wrecks in the Barwon Heads area and off Port Phillip Heads are now $70 except for the Canberra, $75

Cape Schank & Cape Otway wrecks: Alert, Bayonet, & Rayville are charged out at an hourly rate of $115
The number of divers onboard devide the total of time elasped for the day trip.

Any Scuttlebutt apparel worn on the day of a dive, entitles a diver to a $5 discount on the price of charter except for minimum numbers (4) & the Canberra due to associated booking cost.

EQUIPMENT:

A reel would be advisable to use for penetration diving or in poor visibility. A surface marker is highly recommended for deployment on free floating deco's. Dives in the Graveyard over 35 to 42 metres require a single tank with an acceptable bail-out tank, and dives beyond 42 metres require twin tanks.
